Billiard room

At FR Ryd's office (open on Thursdays and Sundays 7-8 pm) at Alsättergatan 7 you can rent a key to the billiard room for a small fee. There is a total of fifteen keys. Sometimes they are all out but right now we have some left which you easily collect at the office. The billiard room is located on Rydsvägen 254. The billiard-table is a real match table with good cues.

Costs

If you do not return the key on time an extra fee of 50 SEK is added per week.

Rules for the billiard room
Billiard Room is designed to increase comfort for the residents in Ryd, it is important that this room is kept as clean and tidy as possible. The following rules apply:

1. It is forbidden to smoke and to consume food or alcoholic beverages in this room.
2. Everybody helps out to keep clean and tidy up. Leave the room at least as clean as you found it.
3. 3. The holder of the key is personally liable for any damage to premises and equipment and may be demanded for compensation.
4. Key / keys may not be copied.
5. Lost billiard room key is compensated with 500 SEK and street door key 100 SEK. In case of gross negligence, the holder of the key may be required to pay the cost of changing locks of up to 2 500 kr. As gross negligence counts, for example, to leave the key unattended outside the home.
6. Lost key is to be notified immediately to FR Ryd.
7. Key / keys may not be rented further to third parties.
8. Changing of address shall be notified in writing to FR Ryd in advance.
9. The key must be returned upon request by FR Ryd.
10. The holder of the key is responsible for the key to be returned on time. FR Ryd does not guarantee that a reminder is sent out in advance.

    Breaking of any of the rules above gives FR Ryd the right to recover the key immediately without refund of fees paid.
